- Bolu pandan: Mixer telur, gula dan sp sampai mengembang, lalu masukan sisanya aduk sebentar sampai tercampur rata. Loyang alasi baking paper. Kukus 15 menit api kecil..
- Setelah matang, buka baking paper, taro lagi bolu di loyang. Masak lapisan putih sampai mendidih sambil terus diaduk, lalu tuang ke atas bolu.
- Tata biskuit (kalo ga pake gpp) ini masih dalam keadaan panas ya.. gpp.
- Masak lapisan coklat sampai mendidih. Tuang ke atas lapisan putih.
